Now in development

From good lifter to great athlete.

Every session you do is generating data you never see. ORKA captures all of it - movement, load, form, fatigue - and turns it into decisions that make you better. Understand your training. Push harder without breaking. Find the line.

The problem
Lifting Blind.

Most lifters train on feel, instinct, and guesswork. No real data. No clear picture of what's working - or what's about to break them.

You don't know if it's progress or a warning sign

That heavy set - was it a new strength adaptation or your body telling you to back off? Without data, you can't tell the difference. So you keep pushing and hope for the best.

Your training isn't aligned to your goals

Strength? Size? Performance? Without visibility into what you're actually producing each session, you can't steer toward anything. You're accumulating volume, not building toward an outcome.

The line between growth and injury is invisible

The margin between a PR and a pulled muscle is smaller than most people think. Without data on your form, load, and fatigue patterns, you're walking that line blind - every single session.

How it works

Capture. Understand.
Improve.

01

Capture every set

ORKA collects your training data automatically - form, load, tempo, bar path - across every rep, every set, every session. Not just the ones you remember to film.

02

Understand what it means

Raw data becomes real intelligence. ORKA interprets your movement patterns, fatigue signals, and load trends - giving you a clear picture of what your training is actually producing.

03

Train with intent

Stop guessing. Get specific, actionable decisions - what to do next set, next session, next week. Push harder where you can. Pull back before it costs you. Find the line and own it.

Roadmap

Built in layers.
Both at once.

We're not waiting for perfect. We're building two parallel tracks - the app and the hardware - and we're doing it openly.

In development
The App
  • Real-time form feedback
  • Squat coaching - movement analysis
  • Depth, tempo, and bar path tracking
  • Session history and progression
  • More movements being added
In development - parallel track
The Hardware Layer
  • Equipment-attached sensor
  • Universal barbell + dumbbell support
  • Frictionless capture - no filming required
  • Continuous rep-by-rep signal
  • Seamless app integration
Coming next
Full Training Intelligence
  • Velocity-based training (VBT)
  • Fatigue interpretation across sessions
  • Goal-aligned programming recommendations
  • Injury risk signals and load management
  • Cross-session pattern recognition

The team

Built by athletes.
For athletes.

ORKA is being built by two people who know what it feels like to train without enough signal. We're fixing that.

FAQ

Questions.
Straight answers.

What is ORKA?
+
ORKA is an intelligent training platform for serious lifters. It captures your full training data - form, load, tempo, fatigue - and turns it into actionable coaching decisions. No more guessing. No more training blind. Just clear signal from every rep you do.
Who is it for?
+
ORKA is built for intermediate to advanced lifters who are serious about results - people who want to train with real intent, not just accumulate sessions. If you care about performance, staying injury-free, and actually understanding your training, ORKA is for you.
Is there an app I can use right now?
+
Not yet. ORKA is currently in development. We're building the app and the hardware layer simultaneously, and we're doing it properly. Join the waitlist to be first in line when early access opens - and to follow the build as it happens.
What are you building right now?
+
Two parallel tracks. The ORKA app - starting with real-time squat form analysis, coaching cues, and movement tracking - and the hardware layer, an equipment-attached sensor for frictionless, always-on data capture. Both are in active development.
Why build hardware and software at the same time?
+
Because the vision is a complete training system, not just another app. The app gives you intelligence. The hardware removes all friction from data capture - no filming required, just lift. Building both together means they'll be designed to work as one from day one.
How does early access work?
+
Join the waitlist with your email. Early access members get priority access when we launch, the chance to shape the product before it goes public, and founding member pricing. We'll reach out directly - no spam, no noise.
Where do I follow the build?
+
Instagram, TikTok, and X. We share progress updates, behind-the-scenes footage, and real build updates as they happen. We're not doing ghost-mode. If something moves, you'll see it.
